5. Disclaimers

The Site and all Site Content are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. simplymomcooks makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, except that the prevailing party in arbitration may be awarded reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator.

These dispute‑resolution provisions shall survive termination of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Modifications to the Terms

simplymomcooks reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed copies of Site Content.
